You can create ticket tiers either while creating a new event or at any time after your event is live. Most organizers create at least one tier before publishing so the event is ready to sell immediately.
During event creationOn theTickets & AddOnsstep of the event creation form, clickAdd Ticket. The ticket form will appear inline. Fill in the fields and save before moving to the next step.
After the event is live- In the organizer sidebar, go toMy Eventsand selectLive Events.
- Find your event and open its management options.
- Go toManage Ticketsand look for the option to add a new ticket tier.
Both routes use the same form fields underTicket Information.
- Ticket Name, the name buyers will see, for example General Admission, Early Bird, or VIP. Keep it short and clear.
- Available Tickets, the total number of tickets available at this tier. Once this number is reached, the tier shows as sold out.
- Maximum number of tickets for each customer, the most tickets one person can buy in a single order.
- Description, describe what this ticket includes, for example what is covered by the price or any access restrictions.
- Ticket Price, set the price. Enter 0 for a free ticket. SeeHow to set up a free ticket.
By default,Allow ticket transferis ticked, meaning buyers can pass this ticket to someone else before the event. UnderTransfer cutoff, you can control when that window closes, at event start, 1 hour before, 6 hours before, 24 hours before, or never. SeeHow ticket transfers work.
Reserved seatingIf you want buyers to be assigned a specific seat for this ticket tier, tickEnable seat map. This opens additional fields for configuring rows, seat numbering, and whether buyers choose their own seat or are assigned one automatically. SeeHow to enable reserved seating.
Save the ticket tierClickSubmitto save. You can create as many ticket tiers as you need for the same event. Each tier appears separately on your event page for buyers to choose from.
