When creating a ticket tierBoth fields appear in the ticket creation form underTicket Information:
- Available Tickets, the total number of tickets that can be sold at this tier. When this number is reached, the tier shows as sold out.
- Maximum number of tickets for each customer, the most tickets one buyer can add to a single order at this tier. Leave it high if you have no per-order limit.
- In the organizer sidebar, go toMy Events → Live Eventsand open your event's ticket management.
- Find the ticket tier and clickManagefrom its dropdown menu.
- TheUpdate Ticketform opens. Update theAvailable TicketsorLimit per userfields.
- ClickUpdate.
If you need to stop sales on a tier without deleting it, clickManageon the ticket tier and chooseMark as Sold Out. This sets the tier to unavailable immediately regardless of remaining quantity. To reopen it, useMark as Available for Sale.
