How to Download Your Ticket

Your ticket is delivered in two ways: by email after purchase, and via your ShowRave account where it is always accessible.

From the confirmation email

After completing your order, You will receive a confirmation email with the subject "Your tickets are ready." Inside the email, clickDownload your ticketsto open or save your ticket as a PDF. The ticket includes your unique QR code.

From your ShowRave account
  1. Log in to your ShowRave account.
  2. Go toTicketsin the account menu.
  3. Find the event and clickView Ticket.
  4. On the ticket screen, clickDownload Ticketto save it as a PDF, orPrint Ticketto print directly.

You can view and download your ticket at any time before or after the event.

Showing your ticket at the door

Your QR code is scanned at the entrance. You can show it either from a printout or directly on your phone screen. Open the ticket in the email or in your account, increase your screen brightness, and hold the QR code steady for the scanner. SeeHow scanning works at the door.
