How to View Your Wallet Balance

Your organizer wallet balance shows how much revenue is available from your ticket sales. You can see it from two places in the organizer dashboard.

On the Dashboard overview

When you log in to your organizer account, yourAvailable balanceis displayed as one of the summary cards at the top of theDashboard. It shows your current wallet balance and the date of your last transaction. Click the card to go directly to your transaction history.

In Finance reports

For a more detailed view, go toFinance → My Bankin the sidebar. This page shows your payout details and links to your payout history under theView reportsbutton. For the full transaction ledger, go toFinance → Reportsand select theMy Historytab.

What the balance means

The available balance reflects ticket revenue collected so far. Payouts are processed after your events complete. Until a payout is processed, the balance remains in your wallet. SeeHow payouts are processedfor more detail.

If your balance looks incorrect

The balance updates in real time as tickets are sold. If you believe a payment is missing, check your transaction history first. If there is still a discrepancy, contact us via thecontact page.
