We process organizer payouts after your events complete. This timing is in place so that refunds, chargebacks, and event completion checks can be handled before funds are transferred.
What you need before a payout can be processedYou must have a bank account registered in your organizer account. Without one, your balance will accumulate but no transfer can be made. SeeHow to add or update your bank account detailsto set this up before your event ends.
When payouts are processedPayouts are typically processed within 48 hours of your event completing. Once we process the payout, the time for funds to reach your account depends on your bank, usually 3 to 7 business days.

Where to check your payout statusGo toFinance → My Bankin the organizer sidebar, then clickView reportsto see thePayoutstab. Each processed payout shows the amount, date, and reference number. SeeHow to view your payout history.
If your payout has not arrived- Check that your bank account details are correct underFinance → My Bank.
- Allow up to 7 business days from the payout processing date for your bank to clear the transfer.
- If it has been longer than expected, contact us via thecontact pagewith your event name and the payout reference number from your payout history.
