How commissions are calculatedWhen someone clicks a promoter's referral link and buys a ticket to any event, the promoter earns a commission on that sale. The commission is a percentage of the ticket value and is tracked and paid out through the promoter's own earnings dashboard, not through the organizer account.
As the organizer, you do not pay the promoter directly, We handle commission distribution directly. Running a promoter affiliate program does not reduce your payout or change how you receive revenue.

Rates may be updated over time, so check the Referral FAQs for the most current figures before briefing your promoters.
What to tell your promotersWhen recruiting promoters for your events, direct them to thepartner earn pagewhere they can see the full commission structure and sign up. Once signed up, their earnings dashboard shows exactly what they have earned from each referral.
