How to Promote Your Event with ShowRave Ads

ShowRave Ads let you pay to boost your event's visibility. Promoted events appear in highlighted positions across our pages, reaching attendees who are already browsing for events.

Access the Advertise section
  1. In the organizer sidebar, go toMarketing → Advertise.

From here you can see two main areas:Ad Packagesto start a new campaign, andMy Adsto view and manage existing ones.

Create an ad campaign
  1. ClickAd Packagesfrom the Advertise section.
  2. The page is titledPromote Your Eventwith the message: "Choose an advertising package to boost your event visibility."
  3. Select the event you want to promote from theChoose an event to promoteselector.
  4. Choose an advertising package. Each package shows the duration in days, what is included, and the price.
  5. ClickSelect This Packageto proceed to payment.
  6. Complete the checkout for the ad campaign.

Your campaign will start running once payment is confirmed. The platforms your ad appears on depend on the package selected.

View your active and past campaigns
  1. Go toMarketing → Advertise → My Ads.

TheMy Adspage shows all your advertising campaigns. For each campaign you can see the event, package, channels, status, start and end dates, and the amount paid. ClickView Detailson any campaign to see more information.

If no packages are available

If the Ad Packages page shows "No advertising packages are currently available", advertising may be temporarily unavailable for your account or region. Contact us via thecontact pagefor details.
