How to Contact the Organizer About Your Booking

If you have a question about an event you have booked, such as venue details, event changes, refunds, or special requests, you can reach the organizer through their profile on ShowRave.

1. Open the event page for the event you have booked.
2. Find theContactlink in the event info panel, shown next to the organizer's name.
3. Click it to send the organizer a message.

1. Log in and go toTicketsin your account menu.
2. Open the ticket for the event.
3. The event page link is shown on the ticket, open it to find the Contact option.

Include your booking reference number, the name on the booking, and a clear description of what you need. Organizers manage their own messages and response times vary.

If you cannot reach the organizer and your issue is time-sensitive, for example, an event cancellation with no refund, contact us via thecontact page. Include your order reference and details of the issue.
