How to Contact an Event Organizer

If you have a question about an event, the venue, what to bring, accessibility, or anything else, you can send a message to the organizer directly from the event page.

Open the message form
  1. Go to the event page.
  2. Find thePosted By:section on the right side of the page. It shows the organizer's name.
  3. Click theContactlink below the organizer's name.
  4. This takes you to the organizer's profile page.
  5. On the profile page, clickSend a message.
Send your message

A message form opens with two fields:

  • Subject, a brief description of what your message is about, for example "Question about the venue".
  • Message, write your full question or note here (up to 2,000 characters).

Fill in both fields and clickSend message. You will see the confirmation: "Message sent! The organizer will get back to you soon."

You need to be logged in

The message form is only available to logged-in accounts. If you are not logged in, the profile page will show "You need to be logged in to send a message." with options toLog inorCreate account.

If the Contact link is not visible on the event page

TheContactlink only appears if the organizer has a public profile set up. If it is not there, check the event description, the organizer may have included their contact details there.
