What Data ShowRave Shares with Organizers

When you buy a ticket to an event, the event organizer receives certain details about your order. This article explains exactly what is shared and why.

When a ticket purchase is completed, the event organizer can see:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Order details, the ticket tier purchased, quantity, order date, and order amount

This data is provided so the organizer can manage event entry, verify tickets at the door, send event updates, and communicate with attendees through the messaging system.

The organizer does not receive your payment card details. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment partners and is never shared with the organizer.

Organizers can view their attendee data through:

• The attendee contact list inMarketing → Messages
• The ticket bookings report inFinance → Reports → Tickets, which can be downloaded as a CSV export

Organizers are permitted to use attendee data only in connection with the event for which the ticket was purchased, to manage entry, send event-related communications, and fulfil any AddOn orders. OurTerms of Serviceprohibit organizers from using attendee data for unrelated marketing or sharing it with third parties without consent.
