  • Payment information:Payment card details are processed by our payment partners and are never stored on our own servers. We retain transaction references, amounts, and currency for accounting purposes.
  • Usage data:We automatically collect information about how you use ShowRave, including pages visited, device type, browser, and IP address. This is used to improve performance and diagnose issues.
How we use your data

We use the data we collect to run ShowRave: to manage your account, process ticket purchases, issue QR tickets, process organizer payouts, send booking confirmations and event reminders, provide analytics to organizers, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
