Event analytics show how your event is performing: how many people have viewed it, how many reached checkout, and how many purchased tickets. You can view analytics for a single event or compare performance across all your events.
Open analytics for a specific event- In the organizer sidebar, go toMy Events → Live Events.
- Find your event and clickAnalytics.
The analytics page shows key metrics for that event including:
- Unique views, how many distinct visitors have viewed your event page
- Checkout views, how many visitors reached the checkout step
- Orders createdandpurchases successful
- Tickets soldandGross sales
- Payout details, total payouts processed for this event
- Daily activity, a chart of unique views and purchases over time
To see performance across all your events, go toFinance → Analyticsin the organizer sidebar. This shows a summary table of views, sales, and purchase performance for each event in your account.
Event reportFor a printable summary of a single event's full performance, go toMy Events → Live Events, find the event, and clickReport. This opens a detailed report page that can be downloaded as a PDF.
