Your profile details are used for event bookings, organizer communications, and your public ShowRave profile. You can update most details at any time from the profile page.
Update your attendee profile- Log in and go toTicketsin your account menu, then select your profile.
- Or navigate directly toMy Profile.
- The page is titledEdit your profile. Update any of the fields: Title, Username, Phone, Address,About me, or social links.
- ClickUpdate Profileto save.
Your name and email address are locked for account security and cannot be changed through the profile form. If you need to update either of these, contact us via thecontact page.
Update your profile photoOn the same profile page, clickChange Imagenext to your current profile photo to upload a new one.
Organizer public profileIf you are an organizer, your public profile (the page attendees see when they click your name on an event) is managed separately. Go toAccount → Aboutin the organizer sidebar to update your organizer bio, photo, and public details.
