How to Remove a Team Member from Your Organization

When a team member leaves or no longer needs access to your organization, you can revoke their access immediately. This does not affect any events they managed or any work they completed, it only removes their ability to log in and make further changes.

Remove an active member
  1. In the organizer sidebar, go toAccount → Team.
  2. Find the member in theActive memberslist.
  3. ClickRevokenext to their name.

You will see: "Member access revoked." The member can no longer access the organization workspace. All other team members are unaffected.

Cancel a pending invite

If you want to remove someone before they have accepted their invite, go to thePending invitessection and clickRevokenext to the invite. The link in their invitation email is immediately invalidated.

What happens to the member's events

Any events that were assigned to the removed member remain in the organization and continue to run normally. You can reassign them to another team member or manage them directly as the owner.
